Clark Peddle

Background

Mr. Peddle was called to the bar of Ontario in 1991, after completing his Bachelor of Laws at the University of Saskatchewan, and his Bachelor of Arts at Memorial University.  Mr. Peddle also obtained his M.A. at Brock University specializing in Judicial Administration. Originally from Harbour Grace, Newfoundland, Mr. Peddle has lived and practiced in the City of Welland since the year 2000.

Areas of Practice

Mr. Peddle's practice focuses primarily on real estate, estates, corporate law and debtor/creditor law.

Professional Experience

Mr. Peddle has represented clients in Provincial Court, Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Court of Appeal and before such boards as the Ontario Municipal Board.

Professional and Community Affiliations

Mr. Peddle is a member of the Ontario Bar Association and is the second vice-president of the Welland County Law Association. Mr. Peddle is actively involved in the community. He is a board member of the Welland Hospital Foundation Planned Gifts Committee, a board member of the Niagara Food Festival and Counsel to the South Niagara Rowing Club. Mr. Peddle was also a past board member of the Welland Soccer Club.
